All praise is due to Allah Almighty, who has blessed humanity with the gift of knowledge and has granted every individual dignity and status according to their abilities. May peace and blessings be upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, who demonstrated through his words and actions the protection of the rights, dignity and honour of the weak, deprived and differently abled members of society.

تمام تعریفیں اللہ تعالیٰ کے لیے ہیں جس نے انسان کو علم کی نعمت سے سرفراز فرمایا اور ہر انسان کو اس کی استعداد کے مطابق عزت و مقام عطا کیا۔ درود و سلام ہوں حضرت محمد ﷺ پر، جنہوں نے معاشرے کے کمزور، محروم اور معذور افراد کے حقوق کی حفاظت اور ان کی عزت و تکریم کا عملی نمونہ پیش فرمایا۔

Madrasa Noor-ul-Quran for the Blind is a unique religious, educational, training and welfare institution established with the aim of providing comprehensive education and training to persons with visual impairment, nurturing their character, and enabling them to live with dignity and independence in society. The institution seeks to provide blind individuals with meaningful opportunities in religious education, academic learning and practical skills, enabling them to lead dignified, capable and confident lives and to play an effective role in serving their faith and society.

مدرسہ نور القرآن برائے نابینا ایک منفرد دینی، تعلیمی، تربیتی اور فلاحی ادارہ ہے، جو نابینا افراد کی ہمہ جہت تعلیم و تربیت، کردار سازی اور معاشرتی خود مختاری کے مقصد سے قائم کیا گیا ہے۔ ادارے کا نصب العین یہ ہے کہ نابینا افراد کو ایسے علمی، دینی اور عملی مواقع فراہم کیے جائیں جن کے ذریعے وہ ایک باوقار، باصلاحیت اور خود اعتماد زندگی گزار سکیں اور دین و معاشرے کی خدمت میں مؤثر کردار ادا کریں۔

The intellectual foundation of this institution was laid in 2005, with the realisation that there was a need for a comprehensive centre for blind persons where, alongside religious education, they could receive modern education, moral training, practical skills and social guidance. For ten continuous years, efforts in the fields of outreach, training and planning continued. Finally, by the grace and mercy of Allah Almighty, the institution formally began its journey as a small maktab on 24 Rabi‘ al-Awwal 1436 AH, corresponding to 15 January 2015, with just ten blind students.

اس ادارے کی فکری بنیاد سن 2005ء میں اس احساس کے تحت رکھی گئی کہ نابینا افراد کے لیے ایسا جامع مرکز قائم ہونا چاہیے جہاں دینی تعلیم کے ساتھ عصری تعلیم، اخلاقی تربیت، عملی مہارت اور سماجی رہنمائی بھی میسر ہو۔ اس مقصد کے لیے مسلسل دس سال تک دعوت، تربیت اور منصوبہ بندی کا سلسلہ جاری رہا، حتیٰ کہ 24 ربیع الاول 1436ھ، مطابق 15 جنوری 2015ء کو اللہ تعالیٰ کے فضل و کرم سے دس نابینا طلبہ کے ساتھ ایک مکتب کی صورت میں اس ادارے کا باقاعدہ آغاز ہوا۔

Alhamdulillah, the institution has now developed into a comprehensive educational and training centre. It provides blind students with religious and modern education, Qur'an memorisation, Qur'anic education through Braille, the Aalimiyyah programme, online education, intellectual and moral training, physical activities, social welfare and economic support through various dedicated programmes.

الحمد للہ، آج یہ ادارہ ایک جامع تعلیمی و تربیتی مرکز کی صورت اختیار کر چکا ہے، جہاں نابینا طلبہ و طالبات کے لیے دینی و عصری تعلیم، حفظِ قرآن کریم، بریل کے ذریعے تعلیمِ قرآن، درجۂ عالمیت، آن لائن تعلیم، فکری و اخلاقی تربیت، جسمانی سرگرمیوں، سماجی فلاح اور معاشی معاونت کے متعدد شعبے کامیابی کے ساتھ جاری ہیں۔

The institution is founded upon the conviction that blindness does not mean a lack of ability; rather, it creates a greater need for appropriate education, training and opportunities. Accordingly, alongside academic development, special attention is given to personality development, leadership skills, an inclination towards da‘wah, self-confidence and a sense of social responsibility.

ادارہ اس یقین پر قائم ہے کہ نابینا ہونا صلاحیتوں کی کمی نہیں بلکہ مناسب تعلیم، تربیت اور مواقع کی ضرورت ہے۔ اسی سوچ کے تحت طلبہ کی علمی ترقی کے ساتھ ان کی شخصیت سازی، قائدانہ صلاحیتوں، دعوتی ذوق، خود اعتمادی اور معاشرتی خدمت پر خصوصی توجہ دی جاتی ہے۔

By the grace of Allah, a number of students associated with the institution have completed memorisation of the Qur'an, the Aalimiyyah programme, school education and higher education. Efforts are also continuously being made to extend religious knowledge to blind persons in different parts of the country.

اللہ تعالیٰ کے فضل سے ادارے کے متعدد طلبہ حفظِ قرآن، عالمیت، اسکولی اور اعلیٰ تعلیم کی منازل طے کر چکے ہیں، جبکہ ملک کے مختلف علاقوں میں نابینا افراد تک علمِ دین پہنچانے کی کوششیں مسلسل جاری ہیں۔

The institution considers social service an essential part of its responsibility. Therefore, practical assistance is also provided in areas such as employment, accommodation, financial support and matrimonial assistance for blind individuals.

ادارہ تعلیم کے ساتھ سماجی خدمت کو بھی اپنی بنیادی ذمہ داری سمجھتا ہے، اسی لیے نابینا افراد کی ملازمت، رہائش، مالی تعاون اور ازدواجی معاونت جیسے شعبوں میں بھی عملی خدمات انجام دی جا رہی ہیں۔

It is our sincere prayer and endeavour that Madrasa Noor-ul-Quran for the Blind continues to serve as a centre of knowledge, guidance, self-confidence and service to humanity, producing righteous, capable and responsible individuals who can make a positive contribution to society.

ہماری دعا اور کوشش ہے کہ مدرسہ نور القرآن برائے نابینا آئندہ بھی نابینا افراد کے لیے علم، ہدایت، خود اعتمادی اور خدمتِ خلق کا ایسا روشن مرکز بنا رہے، جہاں سے معاشرے کو صالح، باکردار اور باصلاحیت افراد میسر آتے رہیں۔

The vision of Madrasa Noor-ul-Quran for the Blind is to establish a comprehensive and exemplary educational and training system for blind individuals—one that remains firmly rooted in the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah, responds to the demands of the modern world, and serves as a Model Institution for the education and development of blind persons around the world.

مدرسہ نور القرآن برائے نابینا کا وژن یہ ہے کہ نابینا افراد کے لیے ایسا جامع اور مثالی تعلیمی و تربیتی نظام قائم کیا جائے جو قرآن و سنت کی تعلیمات سے وابستہ ہو، عصری تقاضوں سے ہم آہنگ ہو، اور دنیا بھر میں نابینا افراد کی تعلیم و تربیت کے لیے ایک قابلِ اعتماد نمونہ بن سکے۔

We firmly believe that visual impairment does not mean a lack of ability. With appropriate education, effective training, modern resources and a supportive environment, blind individuals can achieve excellence in the fields of knowledge, character, leadership and service to humanity.

ہم اس بات پر یقین رکھتے ہیں کہ بصارت سے محرومی صلاحیتوں سے محرومی نہیں۔ مناسب تعلیم، درست تربیت، جدید وسائل اور سازگار ماحول کے ذریعے نابینا افراد علم، کردار، قیادت اور خدمتِ خلق کے میدان میں نمایاں مقام حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔

With this vision, we seek to nurture individuals who are morally upright, capable, self-confident and proactive—individuals who become a source of goodness and benefit for their families, communities and the wider Ummah, and who regard service to humanity as a responsibility.

اسی مقصد کے تحت ہم ایسے باکردار، باصلاحیت، خود اعتماد اور باعمل افراد کی تیاری کو اپنی منزل سمجھتے ہیں جو اپنے خاندان، معاشرے اور امت کے لیے خیر و بھلائی کا ذریعہ بنیں اور انسانی خدمت کو اپنی ذمہ داری سمجھیں۔
